Hi ladies!! My name is Portia.

First, let me compliment you by saying that what I think you are doing here is great – and has helped me out way more than once. So thank you!

Secondly, I wondered how the contributions process works, or if you ever open up any extra spots on your awesome team? I would love to take part in what you are doing in any way that I can!

I am a guest reviewer over at No BS Book Reviews, and I use Goodreads and Instagram for much of my book chatting and reviewing. I haven’t started my own blog yet because I am honestly terrified of failure!

Any info you have would be awesome, and if you want any info about me please let me know!

    Thanks!
    Portia

I just wanted to say that this site is awesome. I normally have a policy to never read a book that is part of a series until the entire thing is finished. However, I read “A Darker Shade of Magic” a couple years ago before I knew it was going to be a series and now I can’t remember the details and I’m getting ready to read the second book in the series. You have just saved me a ton of effort in trying to find a plot summary for book 1. THANK YOU!
    Emily

Thank you guys so much for what you do! I JUST discovered your blog today and it has already saved me hours of non-essential re-reading/skimming!

  • Dano says:

Just wondering if you recap the last in the series. I have a few to contribute but I don’t want to waste your time if you have a rule about the last book.

    thanks
    Dano

  • Rhiannon says:

Hey guys, just wondering if you have somewhere where you post the requests you’ve gotten and plan to work on in the future? I’d love to be able to check that you got my request because I get anxious that things don’t send. Plus it would be great to have a list of what’s already been requested so I don’t accidentally bother you with something that’s already been asked for 100 times

    • Rhiannon says:

Also I just want to thank you so much, I read so many books so quickly that when it comes finally time for sequels to be released I’m always confused about what’s happened in which books and what’s part of the series or not

    • Amber says:

We have a pending list, but I’m considering doing a “Top 5 Most Requested” list or something so people know what to expect! It would also motivate me to get through the list faster haha. Don’t worry though, we do receive a lot of duplicate requests but it doesn’t matter ๐Ÿ™‚

    Hello Recaptains,
First of all I would like to thank you for this website. I have been a fan for years and Iโ€™m eternally grateful for all the work youโ€™ve put into this site. If I could make a tiny suggestion, I would like to request that you recap all the books in a series instead of excluding the final one. I understand that the purpose is to remind the readers about the previous book before starting the next one. But in some cases, a tv show may come up and we just want to review the entire series before watching the show. A recent example would be the Grishaverse. I had forgotten what happened in the third and final book. I hope you will consider this in the future. Thank you and keep up the good work!

Hey! I just wanted to say what a huge help you have been! I just discovered this site the other day and it’s really helpful when I’m thinking about reading a book or just looking for something fun to do. This site is one of the few ones that I have found that include a detailed explanation of what happens. Which is something I have been looking for for a long, long time. So I just wanted to say thank you for this chance! ๐Ÿ˜€ ๐Ÿ˜€ ๐Ÿ˜€
