What happened in Legends and Lattes?

• Viv is an orc who wants to retire from orcing. She discovered coffee when she was in a gnome town and she dreams of starting her own coffee shop.
• She heads to a riverside city called Thune and purchases a derelict livery. She hires a guy called Cal to help her fix it up.
• A hat guy called Lack, who works for The Madrigal, demands regular payments from whatever Viv earns. She ignores him.
• Cal calls the shop Legends and Lattes.
• Viv hires a succubus called Tandri and teaches her to make coffee.
• No one in Thune has heard of coffee before because they’re deprived.
• An old friend of Viv’s called Roon comes to visit and gifts her a Blink Stone.
• The shop opens and doesn’t get any customers. The next day they offer free samples and a few people do try the coffee.
• A student called Hem sits at one of the tables but doesn’t buy anything.
• Tandri asks him what he’s doing and he says he is investigating ley lines and this is where the nexus is. He doesn’t drink hot drinks but he does start buying them.
• A not so good friend of Viv’s called Fennus visits. He’s mean and is scared off by Amity, the dire-cat.
• An acquaintance of Tandri’s comes over. He threatens her because he seems obsessed, He works for the Madrigals.
• A rattkin becomes a regular. He doesn’t speak much but Viv asks if he can bake. He can, and he introduces himself (quietly) as Thumble.
• He makes a sample loaf and Viv hires him as a baker.
• Viv does a deal with the Madrigal. She won’t have to give them any money, just good baked goods.
• A man called Pendry introduces himself as a bard. He wants to play in the dining area. At first it’s terrible but in the end he chills out and his music is actually quite nice.
• A gnome plays chess by himself. He also makes a lot of random comments about time.
• Viv asks Hem to put up wards against Fennus. Fennus does try to sneak in shortly after but Viv wakes up thanks to the wards and scares him off.
• Fennus sets fire to the coffee shop while Viv and Tandri are sleeping. Amity wakes them up. The cafe burns down.
• Viv is injured and stays with Tandri for a bit. All her friends show up to help out and together they rebuild the coffee shop with extra features.
• The gnome tells Viv the stone draws in like-minded people, so it isn’t necessarily a good thing.
• Thimble gets a second oven. This is important.
• Viv and Tandri kiss.
• Fennus is intercepted by Lack. He tries to run but Amity eats him. Lol bye.
