what happened in The Silver Mask?
- Call is still in prison and is being interrogated every day. Seems a bit extreme but whatever.
- Master Rufus comes to see Call in prison, and accuses him of keeping secrets.
- Alastair visits Call as well. He tells him that the Assembly don’t believe Call killed Aaron, but they’re scared.
- Jasper visits Call and tells him that he and Celia broke up.
- Tamara, Anastasia, and Ravan set the prison on fire and help Call escape.
- Alex and Master Joseph are at Anastasia’s house. They make the group (minus Anastasia) go to Constantine’s stronghold. Master Joseph says he wants Call to bring Aaron back from the dead. Call agrees to do so.
- Call reads Jericho’s journal. It says that Constantine used Jericho’s soul to raise the dead. This gives Call the idea to use his own soul to bring Aaron back.
- Call refuses to leave Aaron, even though Tamara and Jasper want to.
- Call gives Aaron some of his soul and Aaron becomes a zombie.
- Tamara realises that Call is the Enemy of Death. She and Jasper leave Call behind.
- Master Joseph tells Call that he wants him to bring his son back from the dead.
- The people from the Magisterium arrive at the stronghold. Call tells them that he’s the reincarnation of the Enemy of Death.
- Call tries to bring Aaron back to life properly, but Master Joseph finds them. Aaron protects Call from Master Joseph.
- Call and Aaron try to escape but Call faints. He wakes up in Master Joseph’s parlour, and Alex is there. Alex claims that he’s the Enemy of Death. Alex asks Call to lead his army.
- Call speaks with the Assembly. They ask him to destroy Alex’s army. Call doesn’t like this and agrees to work with Alex.
- Call, instead of leading the army to fight, makes Alex’s army dance. Alex tries to kill Call but Havoc saves him.
- Call tarps Alex in the void, and almost faints again. Aaron gives Call his soul back and Aaron dies.
- Alex appears right at the end, leading an army of elementals.
